Charlotte

This weekend we headed to see my family in Charlotte. We had a packed weekend full of stuff to do, and got to see most of my family.

Saturday Budge, Troy, and my dad headed to Uwharrie state park to ride four wheelers. They came back pretty muddy, but all the guys seemed to have a blast. My mom and I hit the mall while the guys were away and found some great sales! Saturday night my dad made BBQ, and Troy and his family came over, so we got to spend some time with Carter and Merrick. Merrick is very into her Hello Kitty lipgloss, and everything girly! In the picture she is demonstrating the proper way to put on lipgloss...a girl after my own heart! Carter is a mess, he started Kindergarten this year and is growing up so fast. He even showed Budge and I that he can now ride a big boy bike (no training wheels). Very exciting stuff!

Sunday, Budge headed out with a friend to the Redskins Panthers game, and me and my mom did some more retail therapy!

It was a great weekend, so busy, but nice seeing the family and catching up!
