So I am back on Weight Watchers, after months of being newly married and not caring something had to give. I love this diet, and it works for me. I'm not saying it would work for everyone, but it does for me. Anyways I am down 12 lbs, and feeling good mainly because I'm really making an effort to cook and eat healthy stuff that normally I have not eaten, or never tried. I found a great website that has healthy recipes, but also for WW gals the blogger gives all the WW points for each recipe! I have made lots of her recipes, and all have been delish. So whether you are on WW or just trying to eat healthier here is a great blog to jump start ya in the right direction!

My fave find from the website was spaghetti squash...have NEVER made it, and not sure why. Its super easy, and yummy. Its also ZERO points on WW, which is a huge plus! I fixed it the other night, with chicken parm (also on the blog)...YUMMY!

Love weight watchers! I did it in college and lost 12 lbs in a couple weeks but then I plateaued forever. I need to jump back on that bandwagon pronto! Love the blog!
